Frank Oliver (aka The Kangaroo) is introduced in The Amazing Spider-Man #81 (February 1970).

The Kangaroo duping some cops with his jumping ability, which is still baffling to think about.
And here’s the second Kangaroo, as he appeared post-Frank Oliver’s death. Never saw much of this guy personally, but he does look more like a kangaroo, I guess.
